Tiara Lamm is proof that the journey to discovering one's passion is not always linear, but purposeful. Originally from North Carolina, Tiara relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2009. She is the eldest of five children and a proud mother to an energetic six-year-old son. Many experiences have shaped her leadership, discipline, and people-first approach.

Tiara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Film & Video from Georgia State University in 2014, followed by an MBA in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University in 2021. With more than 10 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, she has worked with major media outlets and Fortune 500 companies including Chick-fil-A, Inc., Holland America Line, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, WebMD, Jackson Communications, and The Steve Harvey Morning Show.

Throughout her marketing career, Tiara mastered content creation, multimedia management, brand strategy, and audience targeting skills she leveraged to help companies grow visibility and profitability. Her lifelong fascination with homes combined with her strong marketing foundation, led her to discover her true passion for real estate in 2019. In 2021, Tiara made the strategic decision to become a licensed real estate professional.

Her transition into real estate has been seamless and impactful. She brings a strategy-driven and results-oriented mindset to every transaction.
